NOTICE

Dear customers that have not collect their items,

Many of our customers keep meesaging us and ask if our items have arrive. I hope you all will stop msg us and keep asking if your items have arrive. We will let you know if your items have arrives. It always bothers us everytime.

Another case:
Some of the items have actually arrive to our supplier. But, there are always problems with them. I just want to be clear to all of our customers.

-For clothes and accessories: My supplier is very busy as she is having her O levels now. So, its hard for her to meet us now. But, i will try to meet her by this week.

-For BEAST Photobook: I totally dont like the attitude of this supplier of mine. She is very irresponsible. The items have actually arrive to her like 2 weeks ago. I email asking that if she could contact us when we can do meet up for the collection. But she didnt contact us. We mention her almost everyday to ask if she can contact but she didnt bother ==. We hope we can settle this problem by this week too.

-For foldable waterbottles: It has the same problem with the 'BEAST Photobook' supplier.

I hope after this, all of you will understand our situation we are in now. Please coorperate with us. Any more messages asking if your items gave arrive WILL BE IGNORED.
